The plateau is seated just below the peak where alphas have been known to keep watch. Scattered evergreens break up from the flat, snowy surface, making great shade and excellent hiding places for prey or playful pups. The downward rocky slopes are covered in evergreens and snow, but are filled with easy catching prey. And for those who don't like to eat the snow or suck on ice, down further on the mountain side a small pool has been collected by the melting snow. A large stream trickles down from this pool, entering the lands of Silvald.
