Something was definitely different about the coal-shaded king, these days, and Chilam was curiously beginning to trace over the evidence he left for her. He wanted to change, and he wanted to be 'better'. Was this what better was? Being calm and gentle? And if it was, did Chilam like this? Truthfully, she had to think about what she liked for a few moments. A part of her secretly adored the Sashe who ignored her, force-bred her, and left her. Why? He was hard to get, and always a mystery. He kept her busy mind moving along, and for some reason she never lost her motivation to be the winner; the one he looked upon, among all other females in the pack, and just smirked at with a devilish sort of look. That was all she wanted, to have someone to toy with; who would in return toy with her. But now that she was slightly more... Sophisticated, maybe this mature brute was more fitting for her new personality. She wanted a good leader, in these days. He did not have to be handsome or strong, just wise. Thank goodness Sashe was all three, but that was not all that drew her to him. Unlike other females who thought that these things were most important, Chilam also looked beneath the skin. Did he truly hate others? And did he have plans? For that was what a leader needed, understanding and plans for the future. He needed to know how to fight, and handle himself. Sashe was right. Sashe fit every rule she could ever make, he was perfect for her. Any other? Maybe, but for now she pretended not to think so. There were no others, right now... She liked it.
"Of course, I am starving also." He said in agreement to her ideas, Chilam smiling in relaxation. It was nice to want the same things, she thought. "Come on Chilam, I will find you something to eat." Ah, even better. She felt like such a... Such a lady, now. Not some scrappy little youngster looking to pick fights. She felt like someone who had the good possibility of become a true mate, and not a spare body. Maybe she too could make a good leader? Don't get carried away. Right, she wouldn't want to wish for too much. She knew she most likely would not have fit that well beside Sashe, anyhow. He would probably want someone more dependable beside him, or older. Though both he and she both knew that he would not find another female as eye catching, that was for sure. Chilam was like a little treasure, definitely the eye candy of a pack. The one who made things look wild and untamed, yet hard to look away from. As the two began jogging from the area which Chilam was found by the ebony brute, she picked up a scent she was nearly positive Sashe had as well. Elk, if she remembered well enough. It had been long since she had eaten anything over the size of a healthy rabbit. Arno had fed the pack well, but that was in her past, and while she wandered alone there was only whatever meals she could provide. Sure, a male came around from time to time looking to persuade her with some meat, but she would only settle with him for a day or two. They were not what she was looking for, even though she did not know what she wanted, then.
Briefly, the femme slowed herself so that Sashe could fall into step with her. Her playful gestures could not be helped, so she continued with them, acting as if she were in some sort of play. Sashe brought out the humor in her, however. It was not a bad thing, and as long as she kept teasing him and playing with him, she would keep up this bright mood of hers. "Hey..." She spoke up as she trod forth, her little salmon tongue falling out of place for a moment as she began to pant. "... Remember when you asked me what I was thinking about?" Of course he would, wouldn't he? It was only a few minutes ago. Shaking her head softly, she went on, looking into his eyes from the corner of her own before she sprung forth over a slippery boulder and continued talking as if no such obstacle passed her. "Why do you ask when you know it was you?" Her coy smile returned as she looked back upon him, her two sparkling eyes maybe just a little too much to handle. It's always you. Didn't he know? Well, now it was always him... If you had to get technical. Her feathered white tail brushed at the air like a paintbrush as the female finally let her legs take her away. Instead of jogging along peacefully, she pushed forth into a quick sprinting sort of scramble through the tree trunks of the woods. She hopped over dead matter, along with the wet rocks which seemed to fancy sneaking into her way. She felt unstoppable, for some reason. Was this euphoria? The love Sashe was making her feel? Or maybe it was just because this was a new day... A new season... A new opportunity. Yes, maybe that was it.
The sudden wave of scent over came Chilam, as well as the strange suctioning sound mud gave off when hooves danced across its awkward surface. Immediately, she stopped on her toes, her ghastly pallid bodice freezing without a sound in the woods. For a moment, she looked behind her, to check upon Sashe as he arrived, though once she was sure he was close, she dropped her head to the needle-coated flooring beneath her peach shaded pads, her crystal-like mirrors wandering through the bare tree branches. Just beyond them stood a few elk, a small number which was easily counted in a second or two. Among them were pregnant and old creatures, which Chilam eyed greedily. The newborns were looking most appealing, though whatever Sashe choose would do her good. Thinking of him again, she turned her head quietly to the side she assumed he would approach her on, waiting until he was by her side once again. "Which?" She whispered delicately, twisting her neck so that her head tilted quixotically. She waited impatiently for his answer, the growl of her stomach filling the silence. Lucky, the others would not hear her, but if she waited any longer, they just might...

Long blades of grass had begun to replace the once frost covered loam, new life now residing in the valley. Sashe had recently received the lands he challenged for, Tennar taking a leave. No brawl, no nothing. A clean break. Sashe was content with the previous events, things could have gone very wrong. But with this new terrian, he also gained another. A fae Tennar had managed to woe, Breeze being her name. Sashe had conversed with the fae for a few moments, catching the two as they had prepared to leave. Somewhat severing their happy ending. A grin remained plastered to his ebon jawline, he held no guilt for his actions. It was after all, survival of the fittest out here. Other events also left Sashe floored, such as this one, Chilam. He had arrived believing she was the same feisty being he had come to adore, somewhat favoring. But what he found was something very different, yet the same. She still had the ability to become that ball of furry that once provided great entertainment, but now, she held the aura of a leader. And mate. She of course would steal alpha the moment they returned home, he hadn't a doubt about that. But could she handle others residing within their terrian? A lingering glance was shot behind him as Chilam approached, crouching low to the ground as he. They had remained concealed as they approached the blissfully unaware prey, his stomach curling with hunger. It was only a matter of time now before their bliss would be flipped into sorrow and fear, he couldn't wait.
Sashe had only once provided for his last pack, all other meals had been provided by the fae's. He wondered how this made Chilam feel now, he indeed was taking the first step in the right direction. Owning up to his duties as the leader, even though truly they where equals. He was almost certain she had assumed this, hadn't she? For some reason Sashe believed she had, he wouldn't bring up the pack until they had fed. The elk where so close he could hardly contain himself, he had gone a week without a decent meal. How long had Chilam gone? Not too long he hoped, for there was always a chance of an unsuccessful hunt.
Finally, Sashe found himself at the side of Chilam as they continued forward to the near by prey. Chilam seemed bright and cheery, Sashe amused by her little antics. Seeming to bounce around at his side, his lengthy strides remaining constant. "hey.." His auds swiveled downwards as he caught fragile tones. Suddenly Chilam paused, Sashe mimicking her movements. "... Remember when you asked me what I was thinking about?" It was a random question, no? A nod formed as he continued at her side, not quite realizing what she was getting at. "Yes, I remember." He spoke in a puzzled tone, silvery occuli sifting through her own. "Why do you ask when you know it was you?" A grin quickly found his maw, Sashe bounding off after Chilam once more. It was moments like these that reminded him why he had returned for this icy maid. Before he knew what had occurred, she had already made her way to the clearing. Sashe quickly made his way to the silent Chilam, her question heard. He had already begun scoping out the area, their chances of catching at least one had increased in the last hour. New lives now romped around the greens just before them, mothers left blissfully unaware of who exactly watched these. "Just take your pick, my dear." He whispered down to Chilam

"Yes, I remember." He spoke as if he were almost worried about the path she was beginning to take with her words, though once Chilam had spotted that grin so obvious upon his face, she could not help but do the same with a new lust brewing. Maybe not even lust, but love. It was very hard, for Chilam to love in full context. Though Sashe would never know this. He was the type who did not choose just one mate. He had a few, dangling around in front of him like fresh meat. It had always been that way, and Chilam knew that no matter what he had said, there would always be a neutral desire for them all. She would never surmount to much in his memory. Or would she? Nothing more than the females he had known, she assumed. How special was she? He probably had plenty of vixens much like her. But could Chilam complain? Not really. They were all like this. Collectors. Family makers. Leavers. Sashe left once, what was stopping him this time? What if his words were just a trick? As Chilam scanned his masculine and hardy features, she began to distrust. She saw the same old face that enjoyed chewing her out. She saw the laughter in his eyes. And the vacancy. Would this little love tale end up all wrong? Would he do to her as he did last? Or perhaps just move on to someone he thought was better. "Just take your pick, my dear." "Huh?!" The minx seemed to shriek in a trill, though nothing which rose over the trees. The prey still lingered, heedlessly. But so did Chilam's fear. It was creeping up on her again. And although it said Sashe was the enemy... It also wanted him to protect her. From himself.
Trying to keep her head, the girl only shook her coat, freeing it of dust particles which had clung to it in earlier moments. She was struggling to look through the gathering of elk, and pick which she and Sashe would stalk. Her feet began to shake, and for a brief moment she shifted in an antsy manner. But this focusing was no use. Quickly she turned her head to view the male beside her, of contrasting color. Her sapphire eyes were wide with worry, and it was clear she was not worried about elk... But him. "Wait. Sashe... Promise me we will be alone like this from time to time again. Please. Because I know there are others. And I know how you love to have your pick..." There was no snide tone in her voice, as she tried to explain; only fear. But once her words were out, she shook off her body once more to look strong. It was almost easy for her, to put on this shell which hid all of her weaknesses beneath. Her heart was incredibly weak. This may have been the first time Sashe had ever gotten the ability to see it. And now she was just afraid. She did not want it to be corrupted. Not now. Not ever. Her thorns twisted to lay in his direction, she just harking for anything he would say in reply. But she knew it would be some gentle coo to get her off her feet again. Another thing that worried her. Maybe he would just suck this up and take it. Maybe he would just tell her yes and forget about the entire thing, only to let her fears haunt his memory. Whatever would happen, Chilam only hoped it would not involve heartbreak. Because Sashe held the power. Males always did. And Chilam had to be giddy enough to fall head over heels in a matter of moments with him. Or was it nights? She could not even remember, she was so crazed for him. Not anymore, though. Something just told her there were plenty more girls who would tag along soon. Perhaps she would need to be the leader of all his little toys? Might as well be best, because if you're going to be a puppet, might as well be his prize. Disgusted with even her own thoughts, the highly femme liked her smoke tinted lips raw, drawing her bright mirrors back to the herd.
"That one." It came out of no where, but her body fell low to the muddy terrain beneath them, and her slender snout found itself to be a perfect guide to her target. "The newest, weakest of the young ones. She looks perfect." Not once did Chilam's nerved body twist to look at Sashe again. Looking at him only made her wonder... Made her doubt. All she wanted to think of right now was food, and that meek little elk screamed out to her. She wanted that one, and that one only. With a gentle yip to escape her curled lips, the fragile-framed ess swiftly careened down a slope stripped of rock, leaving only mud. Her once snow-white coat was made yellow by stains of both earth and water elements, though it made a better camoflauge... For whoever sought the enemy. Briefly, she tossed a glance back to Sashe, waiting for him to come and start. It would be his lead she would follow, or at least synchronize with, and so she knew to wait with respect. In the mean time, she only watched her prey with the sharpest of eyes, the mere twitch of her off-white tail being the only movement of her stunning figure. Come on Sashe... Come on...

Sashe stood silent before the ivory lady, only waiting for her to go on with her thoughts. His worries about the topic quickly fled as her own malicious grin began to spread along her own jaws. That same smile was one he had remembered, treasured. But he would never speak of it, maybe his own secret. Sashe could safely say he had fallen for Chilam, an obvious one to favor in the pack. Sure there would be others, maybe he would have feelings for them also. But Chilam, she was the number one. Her own persona a perfect equalizer for his own. His attention had drifted away as he stared blankly at Chilam, warm breezes creeping through the wooded region every so often. He was in shock by Chilam still. Wondering how they had managed to pick right back up where they left off. If the previous events had been reversed, Chilam leaving him, Sashe knew he would not have been quite as forgiving. Or would he? Sashe had been left before, betrayed. But for some odd reason he had forgiven, oh but the two would never have that special bond again. The traitors name being Tala. She had indeed made her way to this new homelands, but would Sashe retrieve her? This time around he had sworn to be far more choosey, if they would not be good addition, then he would not waste his time. A second glance down to Chilam was taken, searching for the warm pools he had urned for. A strange expression replaced his once pleased facial, distrust written all over her face. ”huh? Her guard seemed to return, a shrill note sounding from her maw. ”What is the matter?” He questioned, sheer confusion taking the brute. His tones had been slightly louder than hers, quickly Sashe fell silent in fear of being discovered. Shrill voices of ebon shaded birds filled the area as they lept from the branches, his occuli growing wide as he watched the train wreck. Silvery pools darted to the right as he spied their lingering prey, the band seemed unchanged. The grazing creatures carelessly moving about the clearing, not a single head was pulled from the weeds. A sigh of relief sounded softly, Sashe rising from the loam slowly. His own quizzing expression remained plastered to his facet. Was she worried about the meal? If they did miss the elk, his harem was crawling with small game. They would be alright. But something told him that a meal was not her concern, so what was it?
His attention was once again pinned to the herd, hungry glare passing over each member. There were a few Sashe found louring, but none really jumping out at him. Maybe one that was harmed or riddled with some other weakness. An easy catch. He knew he was too tired and starved to go for a larger meal, this fact was eating away at him. Chilam had been shifting feverishly at his side, Sashe confused by her actions. Her worry could not possibly come from the elk, something bigger fatigued her. Her gaze said it all, he was her worry. It was too good to be true, of course he didn’t have her complete trust. Suddenly he felt foolish for believing such a thing, dial lowering slightly. "Wait. Sashe... Promise me we will be alone like this from time to time again. Please. Because I know there are others. And I know how you love to have your pick..." He was speechless, his gaze telling no tale, vacant. Sort of hollowed out by the accusation, but was she speaking true? No, he wasn’t that character anymore. Yes in the days of his youth he could never have enough, but now it was about quality not quantity. ”Chilam, I could never stay away for too long.” He spoke, pausing briefly. ”Try and stop me” He said with a grin, coral running across her snout quickly as his tones ended. Chilam was never just another reside, that was a fact. Constantly she held his favor, but maybe she refused to notice. What he said help not even the smallest morsel of a lie, but it was her choice to believe or reject. He wouldn’t be forceful, she had the choice to leave or not. How many more conversations as these would they share? Riddled with distrust and hostel memories. Hopefully this one would be the last.
His stomach lurched with hungry as his gaze turned greedy, eying each individual creature. Labriums began to curl as he fell closer to the geo, well muscled flanks flexing beneath his thick pelting. "That one." Chilam spoke. She had made a sort of arrow pointing to her desired catch, it seemed a fair chance. "The newest, weakest of the young ones. She looks perfect." He did not turn, simply creeping forward with a nod. His slow stalk brought him before Chilam with the assumption of her following. His own silver pools glimmered against the setting sun, darker figure blending in with the approaching shadows. As night drew onwards their pick had slowly wandered away with a cluster of other youngsters, the elderly trailing near the stream. Opposite directions. It seemed Sashe and Chilam may be lucky this time, their prizes perhaps doubling. The fawn had begun to nose around the brush just before Sashe, perhaps investigating his own foreign sent. With a sudden snarl Sashe lept from his state of concealment, jawls clamping down around the youngsters snout. Haunches tightened as he pulled backwards, dragging the flailing doe back behind the forest walls. His hold losened slightly as his position shifted, hefty paws raking along fragile skin of the neck region. Muted bleats became softer and softer as the moments passed. Silence. He had not sighted Chilam, or her earnings. Squeals of the other youngsters where heard, ones of either pain or escape. His indeed did not have the chance, bleats muted by the clamp. His own hunger grew, but he refused to feed. In search of Chilam he left the prey hidden behind a boulder, lingering howls sounding.

It seemed as though spring had finally met with this valley that Chilam and Sashe had so conveniently stumbled upon together. There was new life forming all around them, as well as thickening greenery and many showers to send mother earth's blessings to spring's splendor. Thruthfully, spring had to be one of Chilam's most favored seasons, mainly because of the weather. It was not too warm, nor too cold, and there was always a surplus in prey. No matter where you looked, there was something young or old that could be very appealing to someone who was hungry enough; and Chilam loved that. Through the winter, she mainly starved; only living off of the smalle game she could muster up for herself. Maybe living with Sashe would be different, though? Perhaps he would hunt much larger prey, alongside her, for a pack and not just themselves? She had to admit, she would kind of fancy that, the larger meals. Especially now, which was like her new beginning. All she wanted to do was eat all that she could; bulk up for the coming months. Chilam thought of these things as she waited impatiently for some kind of cue from Sashe. Though the season was not just the only thing on her mind. His past words were, too. "What is the matter?" That bothered her right away, yet immediately she let that dwelling grudge drop. It was not as if he could read her mind. She needed to relax, and trust just a little more than she already was. It was not as if Sashe was out to kill her or something. And what else had he told her? "Chilam, I could never stay away for too long." Oh, as well as, ”Try and stop me.” And then her walls dropped again, so helplessly. Sashe had a way with her... Or maybe many females, but his slick voice and words of perfection could not support her for long. Oh! And the way he softly brushed at her snout with his bright gum-shaded tongue. The belle remembered shaking, through her entire body; letting it overtake her form like a wave as she thought, stop you? no, please, keep on... But she had told him nothing, only chattered softly into his ear in the form of a delicate whisper something about her trust... And how he indeed deserved it. And then they were apart... So quickly.
Chilam's tendons felt stringy as she allowed her delicate, muddy legs to stretch away from beneath their tense gathering beneath her body, which was no longer so pretty and clean. Maybe Sashe would take care of this... later. The thought made her grin with delight, never really seeing Sashe as the type of 'care-giver', but who knew. He thought he was acting different. Maybe he really was? For once, the minx tried not to get too wrapped up in her analytical thoughts. Right now her prey needed the most focus, so she clearly delivered just that. First, she found her base; to spy from for just a moment, and take a reality check. A rugged, wild rose bush did perfectly. The pearly petals masked with her bodice of wonderous pale expression, allowing the female some spare time to rethink her decisions. Her gorgeous, crystallized cerulean mirrors flashed over one body to the next, with a greedy desire for each. Obviously, the large and muscular looked appealing to her stomach, though she knew she could personally only handle the skinny or frail; so that was the target she sought. And again, all traces of wealth in a kill lead to one; the newborn female, striding on her lonesome through the sprouting grass just beyond her hideout. For a moment, Chilam only collected herself, grabbing some suspense under her bodice with preparation. Yet suddenly, the herd went into swift action; movement. All the femme could see was a quick ebony flash, yet she knew exactly what set off the herd, and without further delay, she too hopped into the excitement with a hungry little smirk curling away her clean lips.
Immediately, she picked up her speed, coming up behind her targetted being. Seconds passed, and all she could do was just watch this tiny thing scramble for her freedom, all the while having this hungry glint to her glowing chasms. All it took was one look back from that innocent little animal, and down went the new body; limbs cracking uselessly beneath the weight. And to think Chilam did nothing but distract and drive. With a devilish grin, she swept over her final strides to make her way to the animal, a clear growl emitting from her two sprung jaws before they had clenched the neck of the little one. A few snapping sounds were heard among the soft weezes and bleating cries of the young creature, but eventually all sound had been cleared from the breezey atmosphere. The ghastly colored canine took no hesitance when it came to finding Sashe. Since her kill was small enough, she collected it's throat into her piercing jaws before jogging briskly forth. The sound of thundering hooves behind her were nothing to daunt the girl as she moved freely, her slinky coat giving her the most amazing appeal as she strode; it's color only complimenting her timeless beauty even more so. Her salmon tongue relished in the taste of crimson blood as it spilled and sloshed so slightly around her gums, its metallic taste like her reward; and she could just not wait to take in her fill. But first, her mission was to seek Sashe and strut about with her prize. Her keen eyes searched through the foliage quickly, and in the matter of no time came his handsome, muscular figure. Energetically, she dropped the tiny corpse to release a bark; her lips rimmed in blood. Her thick, pallid tail waved to and fro as she then plucked the body back up from the ground and dragged it forth to where he was standing; only to drop it at his feet. Once the flesh was released, her head took a dive into his furry chest, her tongue lapping away at his skin as she slowly dragged her lips up his neck until both blood-stained gums were dragging across his face. When she had pulled away, she attempted to hold his gaze with her own stunning one, showing him something in her eyes that words would never be capable of amounting to. I'm sorry, for doubting...
After a few moments of holding his sweet eyes, Chilam sprung straight into the air with a anxious yelp. She searched for Sashe's find, using her scent to track it down behind a large boulder. For some reason, she did not want her own contribution, but his. And so, with a mere glance to him, she grinned toothily with some pride, as if to say... Well? We're equal, right? We're on top? So I can start? And that was her only questioning glance before her lips frantically cradled fresh skin, ripping and tearing away at whatever she could with pleasure; only to take the best of cuts before others would scavange...

A brisk jog carried him through the forest, twisting through the many trees and larger bushes in search of Chilam. He was hopeful, wishing to find her quickly. He had not yet had a single bite, slightly regretting not bringing his meal along. But there was no way he could move easily with an odd shaped creature dangling from his jaws. The hiding spot was not a clever one, any scavenger could sneak up and swipe the meal. Oh but he would find it, gain another morsel. The sound of pounding hooves and mourningful cries filled the area as he moved closer and closer to the retreating herd. Had he missed Chilam somehow? Fear suddenly gripped his form. Had she been trampled by the larger elk? He turned quickly, darting back through the way he came. Nails scraped against the hard surface of a boulder as he lept upon it, silver glare running over the empty feild. He could not see an unmoving figure holding her tint, trails of blood scattered about however. It's from the kill of course, dont be a fool. She is fine. He told himself, repeating those words over and over again as he lept down from the boulder. She is fine...she is fine. Blades of grass folded beneath the paddings of Sashe as he traveled at a slightly slower pace through the forestry, gaze sifting through the area. A snap was heard in the distance, his dial darting to the side with a low snarl. Unsure of who the oncomer may be, he crept onwards. His defensive state had not been shown in some time, perhaps it was the hunger talking. As he rounded a pile of brush his snarls immidietly stopped, hackles falling. It was Chilam. Her kill was dropped before him with a soft thud, the bleachen ess beaming with pride. She had done well, her extra efforts greatly appreciated. His prize was not much bigger, the two would feed easily. Both being satisfied in the end. He couldn't help but chuckle as she held her own mischievous smirk, crimson stained lips curling at the ends.
Sashe had just risen to retrieve his own hidden kill when Chilam took a leap forwards, his movements pausing. Her own ivory dial burried in a mess of ebon locks, Sashe couldn't have been happier. Pleased with the whole event, Sashe began grooming her around the auds, ebon cord thumping behind. Soon, Chilam pulled away. Crystal clear pool driven into his own silvery shaded occuli, an apology of some sort showing in her gaze. But it wasn't needed, he had already forgiven the sugar coated fae. How could he do any different? Hunger lurched once more, their gaze parting suddenly. Chilam slowly moved away, nosing around the brush. Searching for his kill? In that moment he felt as if he had just expirienced Dejavu, though this time, there would be no harsh words for touching his own meal. It was intended for her in the first place, her addition was just an added bonus. Icing on the cake. Sashe trailed after as she quickly found his obvious meal, watching her carefully as she moved about. He found humor in the petite minx dragging the medium sized elk across the forest floor, but she indeed managed it. There wasn't a single doubt in his mind about that. She always could take care of herself, but his help was now always offered. Maybe every one and a while she would take it just to make him feel needed, somewhat of a help. It was still true that Sashe had the urge to accomplish things, have others tugging at his sleeve for assistance. It was a natural instinct supposedly.
A toothy grin was sighted as Chilam had finally settled with his meal. Why had she left hers and only saught out his own? Things as this confused the male, there really ask much of a difference in each finding. Chilam looked to him in approval, somewhat asking if she could eat first. "Yes, you may of course." With a chuckle he settled down before Chilam's catch, slowly beginning. Though he couldn't keep his eyes of the silvery maid before him. He indeed was the luckiest one on the isle; and he planned to keep it that way. It only took the brute a few moments to devour the youngster, a few scraps left for whoever else may show. He knew a fae of Tennar's had been gained, there would be enough for her to be satisfied. Fores began to unfold as he rose, ebon leggings drawing him closer to Chilam. "So, when would you like to see your home?" He questioned. They would not leave quickly, but take their time. There was no rush, the two could be waited on. Right now, his main focus was Chilam. Its all you.

"Yes, you may of course." The male's verbal response rang sweetly in her cupped ears as the belle went on with her feasting, taking a pleasure in the metallic taste of fresh blood which dribbled around the corners of her lips as she tugged and pulled away. She must have been right about Sashe. They were equal, for with his gentle nod, he too seemed to do the same as she, tearing and consuming all that he so desired to. To say Chilam looked ravenous was an understatement, for with her hunger combined with overwhelming pride in both herself and the male's find made her will to feast herself even larger. It was only a matter of swift, bloody minutes that she felt her stomach sink like a rock, and that was where she called off these games of hers. Slowly, her padded feet carried her cherub like figure back a few steps, far enough so that when her bodice collapsed with a heavy grunting sort of sound, she was not laying in a pile of scraps from her meal. Lazily, the femme's azure pools wandered over her surroundings as she tried to fill her time with something amusing. The sounds of Sashe were still in the air, assuring her he was close and just doing his part on the kills they had just made, which was a relief to her. She knew that he would never just desert her without reason, though if he had she honestly would have been stuck her for a bit. Her stomach was rounding itself into knots, and she felt as if she had just gorged herself with food that she was not used to in months. But the fact was, she was not used to this kind of offering. Not since she had fled from her former back, led by her own sons. They were the ones who made it possible to find this type of prey, and together they were all able to take it down. But alone, Chilam was nothing. She struggled for every meal she could attempt to scrape together. So this touch of paradise life might have just been a bit too big. With a tiny whimper, her pallid form rolled over in the mud, her stomach not growling, but seeming to moan along with her. Time would fix this problem, now all she had to do was wait it out. And that was exactly what she had done, as she gazed softly at the ebony-charred male who was just finishing up. Thinking about him would always pass the time.
"So, when would you like to see your home?" In her light daze, Chilam had barely noticed Sashe's frame arise from the kill and slowly wander to her. However, once he had spoken, she was back with her interest burning. Slowly, she rolled over to sit upright, her beautiful tiara thingying to the side so slightly so that she was capable of seeing him even better as he loomed above. Whatever he had been taking about made him very excited, or pleased... One of the two, so Chilam went back to thinking of what she had heard. Something about home, she recalled... Home. Was he hoping to take her home now? A curious glance was shot at his features before she looked away with her thoughts to envelope her. Did she really want to go home just yet? It would mean giving up her time alone with Sashe, or so she thought. For surely there would be his own pack wandering those lands, and would need his spare time. Meaning, no time for her... Or times like these. Though really, maybe he was not an alpha, in this new place? The idea brought a laugh to bubble form her crimson-lined lips. Of course he was an alpha. He would just have it no other way. That was the way it always had been. Sashe was a powerful creature, and he knew just how to control that power. One of the many reasons Chilam took fancy to him. He was strong indeed. Without another thought on the matter, she quickly looked up to him, her bleached coat loosing a large clump of hair with the wind as she moved; spring shedding. "When the alpha's ready to take me. And when I say that I mean you." Softly, she laughed to him. Though in the back of her mind she was once again becoming too analytical about the matters of 'home'. What of an alpha female? He probably did not find one just yet... Or he did not act like he had. Though if so, that would just have to be another leader who would 'take her'. But Chilam was not too worried. Sashe liked her, and an alpha female would not by the time she was finished. Easy story. Easy to comprehend, too. So, without any doubt in the black king of her's, she quickly arose from the ground, cringing briefly as her stomach rolled. Her bodice was first to round his, brushing up beside him as she revealed her stained teeth to pull on the skin of his neck with the beckon of play up in the air. It was clear that things from now on would be good between the two. They hunted well together, played, trusted. What more could a pair need? She had already known of his strength, his leadership skills, and that he could offer healthy litters. He was everything a sane creature would need. Sashe. Sashe and Chilam. Together again. What a match.
